Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Most of our product available at Free Shipping, Filled Bean Bags have some delivery charges in some locations.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery time depends on many factors like – Product in Stock or Whether the product has to be personalized. It also depends on Mode of shipping – Surface or Air. All our products are made to Order. Once products are made, we ship them through Surface or Air depending on size of the product. Voluminous and bulky items are shipped through Surface while Small articles are shipped by Air. Delivery lead time ranges between 5 to 7 Days from date of dispatch for Air shipments and 7 to 12 Days for Surface shipment from date of Dispatch.

For Filled Bean Bags we take 3-4 Days for dispatch and 7-12 days for Delivery

What exactly happens after ordering?

After Ordering we dispatch your product in 2-3 working days

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can see your Invoice in my account on our website and also one invoice email to you seprately 

How do I add a gift receipt to an order?

How long do I have to return an order?

You can place a return request within 7 days of Delivery, Return request applied only if you got wrong order/Damage Product

Note: Filled Bean Bags have no Return/Refund Policy due to nature of Product

Delivery Terms & Conditions

At Stylecraft we offer a range of next-day, named day, and offshore delivery services for Delhi address, as well as speedy delivery services for Other destinations, Selected delivered directly to your door.

Delivery delays – COVID-19

We are continuing to fulfill delivery orders, however, delivery times are slower than usual due to increased demand, and we are currently unable to offer our usual next-day service.

You will be offered the earliest available delivery date during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Delhi-NCR delivery

  • Dispatch : We dispatch most Order in 2 working days
  • Delivery: Delivery in Delhi/NCR takes  07-10 working days
  • Delivery Price: Normal Standard Delivery Depend on Products
  • Door Delivery: Available!

National delivery

  • Dispatch: We dispatch most Order in 2-3 working days
  • Delivery: All Product Delivery takes up to 07 working days, Filled Bean Bag can take 10-12 Working Days
  • Delivery Price: Normal Standard Delivery, Depend on Products
  • Door Delivery: All Products have Home Delivery
  • Filled Bean Bag: Home Delivery is Not Available for Filled Bean Bags, You have to pick them up from your local delivery point, you can call us at 70 6554 6554 for check home delivery

When will my order be dispatched?

For orders placed on a weekday before the cut-off time (normally 10 am *), we can manufacture and dispatch your order in 2-3 Working Days!

If you place your order over a weekend, we can dispatch your order on the next 2-3 working day.

Some of our products take longer to manufacture and we, therefore, can’t dispatch them on the 2-3 Days. These include:

  • Real Leather Bean Bags
  • Faux Fur Bean Bags
  • Medical Bean Bags
  • Some Printed Bean Bags
  • Fabric Bean Bags

We’ll let you know if the product you’d like to order takes longer to make, both on the product page and during the checkout process.

You will always be offered the earliest available delivery

* As we make each bean bag to order, the cut-off time for next-day dispatch can vary from day to day due to demand.

How will my products be delivered?

Wherever possible we will deliver your product pre-filled, ready to use once removed from the outer packaging, however, some of our larger bean bags need self-assembly once delivered

Self-assembly items are supplied as the outer cover with several separate sacks of filling. Simply insert the whole sacks of filling into the outer cover (don’t open the sacks up!) and zip the cover-up afterward – No mess, no fuss!

What happens if I’m not in for the delivery?

If no one is home when our courier partners attempt delivery they will usually leave a card listing their contact details and available redelivery options.

Delivery Local will contact you by email and/or text message with details of your redelivery options.

If you do not get in touch with the courier partner within 2 days they may return your order to us. A further delivery charge may then be applicable for re-delivery.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

We’re happy to send your order an address other than your billing address (e.g. work address, relative).

You can enter the alternate delivery address during the checkout process when ordering. Please ensure that you include a telephone number for the delivery address to avoid delays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

In the interest of fraud prevention, we reserve the right to query alternate delivery addresses where necessary.

Which couriers do you use?

We use a range of hand-picked courier partners to ensure a quick and friendly delivery service to you, wherever you are.

Our main partners are Road Transport, FedEx, and Delhivery for deliveries Pan India.

Deliveries to Delhi-NCR are conducted By Self Network Local Delivery Partner.

We generally use Road Transport and Self Network Delivery; however, this can vary depending on the location.

General delivery information and restrictions

  • Delivery times are subject to stock availability.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, military facilities (including BFPO) or communal postal addresses.
  • All of our courier partners require someone aged 18 or over present at the time of delivery to provide a signature.
  • Our courier partners work throughout the day, so your order may arrive any time between 7am and 7pm.
  • We may need to dispatch your order with multiple courier partners and/or over multiple days, however we will notify you in advance if this is the case.

Large and bulk deliveries

To ensure that our courier partners provide an excellent service to all of our customers, delivery of large and bulk orders work slightly differently:

  • There is a limit to the number of parcels that can be sent to a single destination each day (due to van capacities, etc).
  • If your order is larger than this limit, we may need to dispatch your order with multiple courier partners and/or over multiple days.
  • Where a large/bulk order is required urgently and delivery over multiple days isn’t viable, we can offer a dedicated single day delivery however this may be chargeable.
