Return Policy – Stylecraft Bean Bags

At Stylecraft Bean Bags, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver high-quality products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products received at the time of delivery.
  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or made-to-order bean bags are non-returnable.
  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear images or video showing the defect or damage

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Replacement & Refund

  • Replacement will be provided for approved defective or damaged products, subject to availability.
  • If replacement is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

5. Shipping & Pickup

  • In case of approved returns due to manufacturing defects or damage, return pickup will be arranged by Stylecraft Bean Bags.
  • For any other reason, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.
  • Bean bag filling settlement over time is normal and not considered a defect.
