Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our bean bags. Every item we create is carefully manufactured based on the specifications you provide when placing your order. Since the products are tailored to your unique preferences (size, color, design), they cannot be resold to other customers.

The only exceptions to our no return policy are defective or damaged products that occur during shipping or as a result of manufacturing errors. In such cases, we offer a clear process for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the steps below to ensure a swift resolution:

  • Report within 48 Hours: We must be notified of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Failure to report the issue within this time frame will result in the product being ineligible for return or refund.

We do not offer exchanges on any of our bean bags, as every product is customized based on the order placed. If you wish to change your selection, we recommend canceling your order within 12 hours (as per our cancellation policy) and placing a new order for the correct product.
